How can I find his address?

I lost touch with a friend a few years ago after I moved house and lost his phone number. I was never able to give him my new phone number so we haven't been in touch for 5 years. I know he still lives with his parents and I know he lives somewhere in Devon. I know his name and his parents name and his age. But that's pretty much it. I don't know if hes in the phone-book but I live somewhere completely different so he wont be in my phone-book. Is there anyway I can find his address or phone number? How would I get the phone-book for Exeter? Is there an online website I could visit? Thanks! xx xx <3
