Does this guy like me?

There is this guy I go to school with some days he talks to me other he acts like I am not there. Last year he asked me for a hug, and it wasn't a short hug; because he pulled me in to him(really close). Last year he asked if I was ticklish, so he would always come and tickle me. But then this year he came back and he had a GF, but he is still acting the same way. Because he came and told me that he could give me a ride, to the place we were going. Also he will always stare at me when I talk to him. I was just wondering if he liked me, because all my friends say that it looks like he likes me.
