Omgosh! sore throat! help!?

OK on Friday at school my teacher had a regular cough drop and i smelled it and she was juss sitting there eating it. right after school tht day my throat was really sore! and now its Saturday and it hurts so bad whn i swallow or cough i can kinda sorta eat but it still hurts!! its not itchy its like feels BRUISED! uggh pleasee help please
