Life expectancy for a mastiff?

I have a 4 year (and 3 months) old English Mastiff. We've had her since she was 10 weeks old & a whopping 16 lbs. She is now at 130 maybe 132 at the most and was diagnosed with hip dysplasia at 9 months of age. While I know the life expectancy on larger dogs is not that long, I was just wondering if anyone knew if this was severly limited due to the hip problems. I work for a vet but have never thought to ask the question.
