Does raw meat and cooked meat have the same calories?

Okay so if 1/4 a pound of ground turkey is 160 calories, and I bake it into meat, without adding anything extra other than salt and pepper, will the calories still be 160 or are there more calories, or maybe even less? And if there is more than how come, I don't understand how heating something could increase calories. I would understand if there would be less because some of the fat is cooked out of it, it puzzles me.
