What do you think about pregnant teens?

I am fifteen, and pregnant. I went out with the guy for like a year and a half, so it's not like I was one of those slutty girls that sleeps with every girl she dates. & I am handling the situation pretty well [so my family says], I am taking good care of myself and doing everything that will give my baby the best life he can have. And yes, I am staying in school. I am home schooled, and I am planning on getting my diploma & becoming a dental hygienist. I am not proud of what I've done, but people make mistakes, & there's really nothing I can do about it except deal with the situation. So why do some people judge me so harshly, and make smart remarks all the time? Why can I not go into the Wal-Mart without getting a billion nasty looks? What can I do to make people stop treating me so horribly?
