Skin problems, please please help. ?

I have some really nasty spots on my chin, and they have scabbed over, I need a quick solution to get rid of them for my night out on friday. I have been to the doctors and tried numerous drugs but nothing works, they have change my pill to Yasmin which is suppose to be good for skin... Iv tried over the counter solutions but no good. Anyone have any quick home remedy solutions or ideas? Would be very grateful. Thank you. X
