Is it discriminating if a health department says they can't see you because you've had hysterectomy?

I recently wanted to get checked for std's, so I called my local free clinic and asked them if they will see me. I was asked a few questions than the question of hysterectomy came. I was imediatlely told we can't see you in our office. We don't have the equipment to check women without their wombs. I was startled. What does this have to do with taking my blood, even if there are one or two tests they can't complete surely its not all of them. I think I am being discriminated against. What do you think? I than called another free clinic and explained to them what happened, they told me the same thing. What does me not having a womb have to do with giving me certain tests?
