Human rights act a complete waste of time?

I don't want to be naive so please do correct me also have your opinion but do you not feel that the human rights act is gone too far in terms of who it protects, now no i am not someone who wants hanging and to stone people and yes everyone should have rights however what about dirty child molesters and rapists who use there "human rights" surely that victim had theirs taken away from the monster who attacked them yet later on in jail or wherever they are they will use this ridiculous rights act ??
