How do I know if my electrologist is incompetent?

I'll just share my experience. When I leave, my treated area is tender and red, but goes back to mostly normal within 15-20 minutes (I have sensitive skin, if that matters). I tend to get little pimple-like bumps by the next day. You're not supposed to pop them, but I do it anyway and they disappear in a day because they're so tiny. Then it takes a few weeks for the hair to grow back in. Your hairs won't stop growing after one or two sessions, it takes several visits for the follicle to stop producing hairs forever.
