How can a 14 year old female singer, who cant travel from her home town, have her dreams answered.?

Hi im 14 years old and live in Meir stoke-on-trent, and have always wanted to be on a stage with fans below wanting to hear my voice, but i have no way of letting people know i may have a talent and have no way of letting people hear my voice i have one recording from my computer but how can i let people hear it i have no youtube account (aren't aloud) and there is no other way, its all i have ever wanted please help me !
