Gastric Byp, INSOMNIA 3 DAY NIGHTMARE?

ok i had gastric byp 7/26/07 had some issues but did well went from 320 to 155 well for the past 72 hours i have got 5 hours of sleep, everything i drink comes back up ive only been up to eat cottage cheese or apple sauce and it hurts, and if i stand for more than 1-2 mins i get light headed i have ambien i took it nothing happens my body is soo tired i even tried reading the 1552 edward the 6 th prayer book to rack my brain with english ok gotta go my hands are shaking to bad PLEASE HELP i can call the surgeon but i dont want to go to the ER when its -22
