Do triangular shaped sandwiches tastes better than the square ones?

its all a trick of the mind. a triangular-shaped sandwich tastes better to many people because the shape is ociated with a 'daintier' or more 'hors d'oeuvres-like' presentation of the food. therefore our mind believes that it must taste better because its a better 'quality' of food.
